This is the best backpacking meal I’ve ever had. I could rehydrate this, put it in a bowl, and serve it for dinner and no one would guess it was freeze-dried. It’s delicious, rehydrates great, and has more vegetables than I’ve ever seen in a backcountry meal. Plus it’s not in a Mylar pouch, which is a huge bonus.
