Sticky-Teriyaki Chicken with Garlic Asparagus and Coconut Rice
$13.99
Coconut braised chicken thighs tossed in a tangy teriyaki-red pepper glaze (this is where the “sticky” comes from), mixed with roasted asparagus and fresh garlic, basmati rice cooked with sauteed onions and ginger in coconut milk, and finished with fresh scallions.

This is definitely the best freeze-dried meal I’ve ever had!

Delicious!
I enjoyed this meal after a good afternoon upland bird hunting trip with my Griff, Rogue. Super tasty and filling. Thanks!

Tastes great but needs less water
I tried my first pack of Sticky-Teriyaki Chicken with Garlic Asparagus and Coconut Rice in Retort pouch. It tastes great and I appreciate the generous amount of chunky chicken meat in it. The instructions say to add 1.5 Cups of water and wait for 12 minutes. I followed the instructions but there was a lot of water left after 12 minutes, making it soupy instead of sticky. I'd start with no more than 1 cup of water the next time.

Yes, It's That Good
Worth every penny. Easily one of the top three camping meals I've ever had. Agree with other reviews, only needs 1 to 1-1/4 cup of water, all else considered, it's a treat on the trail or at home.

One of the best
This last year I've really gotten into hiking and have been trying numerous entrees from different brands. I'm not a picky eater but I have been surprised by how difficult it is to find hiking meals that are desirable. Many meals I have tried I have had to force myself to eat. I have tried more meals that I have to put on my do not buy again list than my buy again one. Not only did this make it on to my buy again list but dare I say it's probably the best one I've tried so far. It's one of the very few I actually crave eating again or wish there was more when I'm done. It was my first sample of this brand and I am looking forward to trying the others. Will definitely be buying more of the chicken teriyaki.

Almost didn't buy this . . .
I hadn't planned on purchasing this, but decided to throw it in the cart at the last moment and I'm glad I did: this is, simply, outstanding and, in my opinion, the best menu choice they offer.

Wonderful!
Some of the best freeze-dried food I have tested! Wish there were bigger portions, but still satisfactory.

Easily my favorite freeze-dried backpacking meal. Rehydration is straight forward without some of the idiosyncrasies of other meals, not specifically Pinnacle’s either. The resulting texture is fantastic and the rich, full flavor is a real stand out among freeze-dried meals.
