Returns/Refunds Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you are unsatisfied with a meal please let us know by emailing [email protected] we would be happy to refund you.
Shipping Policy
We only ship within the United States.
We ship through the United States Postal Service with priority mail or with UPS Ground. Packages are usually delivered in 2-3 business days but can be much more. We do not guarantee shipping times as we can not control third-party shipping services.
Orders over $150 receive free shipping!

All reviews are subject to approval by the Pinnacle Foods Staff and Pinnacle Foods reserves the right to remove or withhold any review Pinnacle Foods staff deems as false, vulgar, or spam.
Typographical Errors – In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pinnacle Food LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Pinnacle Food LLC is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors. Pinnacle Food LLC reserves the right to cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pinnacle Food LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Payment – Cash and all major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of Pinnacle Food LLC until paid for in full. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been cleared. All Payments are final.
Notification of Changes – Pinnacle Food LLC reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
